The Nexus Server application can currently be installed on Windows or macOS and is designed to run on a computer within the home.

For larger libraries and the best performance

Nexus reads media directly from your existing library or network storage rather than copying films, television programmes and music into a separate library. The server therefore does not normally require a large amount of storage, although space is still needed for metadata, artwork, system data and uploaded photographs.
The server should remain powered on and connected to the home network whenever Nexus is in use.

What is included with each plan?
Every plan includes the complete Nexus software experience. Monthly and Annual include updates and standard support while active; Lifetime includes them for the life of the licence.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Monthly and Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before their next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Is Lifetime really a one-off payment?
Yes. The £499 Lifetime price is paid once. Your Nexus software licence, future Nexus software updates and standard support are included for the life of the licence, with no ongoing fee.
Are future Nexus software updates included?
Yes. Generally released updates to the Nexus software product are included at no additional charge, including bug fixes, security updates, compatibility improvements and new features released as part of Nexus.
What Lifetime support is included?
Standard Nexus software support is included for the life of the licence. It covers reasonable help with Nexus software and reproducible product issues. On-site work, bespoke development and third-party products or services are separate.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
